High Quality Program Controlled Vacuum Sintering Machine
It is controlled by PLC and it can preset 256 curves any of which includes 12 sets parameters of temperature, pressure and time. So it can reliably accomplish movement program, movement display, malfunction detection and protection.
The precise temperature and pressure control system, which is composed by singlechip, intellectualized temperature
controller with computer, infrared temperature detector and high-power controllable silicon, makes production temperature
execute according to preset curves. Pressure controlled by electric-hydraulic proportion valve can be set with different degrees and automatically switch according to temperature. This machine can be vacuum or fill with protective gas.
