SPS Sintering Press Machine, Ultimate Vacuum Sintering Machine For Making Diamond Segment
SPS sintering press makes use of Joule heat effect and electric field effect produced by strong DC pulse current to make the powder reach or close to full compactness at lower temperature. SPS does not use heat conduction of the heater to sinter the powder, but uses discharge plasma produced instantaneously when the electrodes are fed into DC pulse current to make the particles inside the powder uniformly produce coke by themselves. Ear heat is sintered by the self-heating action inside the powder. Therefore, the products can be sintered by hot pressing in vacuum and protective atmosphere. Through a complete set of electrical-hydraulic control system, it can accurately control the working pressure, stroke and speed. It can use thermocouple or infrared thermometer to measure temperature. It can adapt to the high-precision displacement, pressure and temperature control required by SPS sintering. This new sintering process can not only improve the sintering quality of products, but also save much energy.
