Controlled Atmosphere Bell Sintering Press This machine is mainly used to make 400mm and smaller diamond saw blade as well as metal bond diamond grinding wheel, with high density and size precision,little deformation when sintering.

Bell Jar controlled atmosphere sintering hot-pressing furnace is mainly used for producing diamond saw blades and metal bond grinding wheels with high density, high dimensional accuracy, small sintering deformation and diameter less than 400 mm. This pressure furnace combines the advantages of hot pressing sintering and normal temperature forming under controllable atmosphere. It can press and sinter diamond products under protective atmosphere. It provides two sets of stainless steel furnace gallbladders which are used alternately. The whole machine has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient loading and unloading, high production efficiency and small temperature difference in sintering area. It is used to produce high-grade diamond saw blades and metal bond grinding wheels. Preferred equipment.
