It can automatic finish all welding steps.

CONFIGURATION:

1. Ceramic clip protection function.

2. Pneumatic automatic segments separating system.

3. Segment manually centering system.Manually adjust the welding position of the segment before the welding.

4. Segment automatic picking & Fixing system.Machine can automatically pick the segment and fix to the welding position.

5. Traditional silver solder automatic sending system.It is effective and cheaper choose but less accurate and inconvenient.

6. Automatic put soldering flux on the welding side of the segment.Silver solder sending and flux putting are both independent, So they will not influence each other.

OPTIONAL CONFIGURATION:

1. Infrared ray temperature control system.

2. Automatic put soldering flux on the welding side of the saw blade.

3. Silver solder automatic cutting & sending system.Operator can set the length of the solder in the touch screen,

Then machine will automatic cut off the solder and sent to the welding position.

4. Segment automatic centering system.Before welding ,machine will automatic detect the thickness of the saw blade

and automatic move the segment to the center,do not need manual adjustment.
