This machine is high-precision type,which especially for small saw blade welding as ceramic cutting saw blade or jewel cutting saw blade.Manually sent segment,manually put silver solder,manually put soldering flux,and Human-assisted segment separating,other welding steps will be finished automatically.

CONFIGURATION:

1.Ceramic clip protection function.

2.Human-assisted segment separating system (special version for the small saw blade).

3.Segment automatic fixing system.Machine can automatic fix the segment to the welding position.

4.Segment manually centering system.Manually adjust the welding position of the segment before the welding.
